Is Sidephone open-source?

Whether Sidephone's OS and software are currently open-source, and if there is an opportunity for them to be.

Updated over a week ago

Sidephone's software and OS are not currently open-source. Sidephone software is proprietary and not publicly available for modification or independent compilation at this time.

That said, Sidephone's proprietary predictive text entry software that powers the Compact QWERTY keypad is most likely to become open source in the near term. We hope that this approach can help increase the speed at which the Compact QWERTY keypad can be translated to other languages.
