Summary
If you forget your Sidephone lock screen PIN or password, it cannot be recovered or bypassed. The only option is to factory reset the device from the boot menu (Recovery Mode), which will erase all local user data.
Steps
Prepare the device.
Remove any cases on the device that cover the power and volume buttons.Power off the phone completely.
Hold the power button and choose Power off (or hold Power until it shuts down).Boot into Recovery Mode.
Press and hold both the Power + Volume Up buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, then immediately press and hold only the Volume Down button until the boot menu appearsNavigate to “Factory reset.”
Use the volume keys to move through the menu and the Power button to select.Select “Wipe data/factory reset.”
Confirm your choice when prompted.Confirm data erasure.
Select Yes to proceed with wiping the device.Reboot the device.
Choose Reboot system now after the reset completes.Set up your phone again.
Follow the on-screen setup steps as if the device were new.
Considerations
Data loss is permanent: This process deletes all apps, photos, messages, and local files stored on the device.
