If we do not respond within this timeframe, there is a chance that your email has not been delivered to our system or has been caught in Spam. Please resend the request if not responded to within this time frame.
Once a refund is actioned, the refund amount will appear on your original method of purchase in 3 business days.
A confirmation of the refund amount and order cancellation will be emailed to you within 1 business day for your records.
Considerations
Chargebacks are not refund requests. Please contact Sidephone prior to contacting your bank in order to dispute a transaction, or request a refund.
