Refund timelines

Timing you can expect for order cancellations to be processed by the Sidephone team.

Sidephone aims to respond to all refund and order cancellation request within 48 hours.

If we do not respond within this timeframe, there is a chance that your email has not been delivered to our system or has been caught in Spam. Please resend the request if not responded to within this time frame.

Once a refund is actioned, the refund amount will appear on your original method of purchase in 3 business days.

A confirmation of the refund amount and order cancellation will be emailed to you within 1 business day for your records.

Considerations

  • Chargebacks are not refund requests. Please contact Sidephone prior to contacting your bank in order to dispute a transaction, or request a refund.
