All Sidephone orders have a tracking number associated with them once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Once Sidephone has been shipped, an email will be provided to you to indicate the change in order status with a link to your order status page.

Clicking 'View your order' will bring you to the order status page where you can track your order, view its destination and estimated delivery date.
Important
If you had multiple orders merged together, the merged order will be the order that the tracking information is associated with.
As the project grows in popularity, the likelihood of phishing attempts on community members increases. This is particularly so for community members and public figures who have posted about ordering a device to social media.
If you are unsure if an email from Sidephone is legitimate, do not click the containing links. Signs that an order is not legitimate may include:
A sender from a domain other than '@sidephone.com'
Order numbers that are different than you expect
Contents that differ from what was ordered
A link address that does not resolve to sidephone.com's website
If at any time you are unsure if the email that you have received from us is legitimate, you are welcome to request your tracking number directly from Sidephone as plain text by contacting [email protected]
Troubleshooting
No tracking number or shipment notification received:
There is a chance that Sidephone has not yet shipped the order. To verify this, find the original order confirmation email received and click 'View Order'. If the order status page only contains a 'Confirmed' and not an 'On its way' update, the order is still pending shipment.
No original order confirmation email found:
If an order confirmation email for your purchase cannot be found, search your text messages. If only a phone number had been used during checkout, we might not have an email associated with your account that can receive our correspondence.
If no text message or email confirmation exists, check other email addresses that may have been used to originally place your order.
If this does not work, please email [email protected] with the name used for your order as well as the date that the transaction appears on your card used for purchase.
